Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Important Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, golf socks cannot be returned unless defective. Additionally, any personalized or custom golf equipment (including monogrammed items) are final sale.

Step 2: Package & Ship Your Return
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please include:
- The original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
- A note with your order number and return reason
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).
Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days
- Exchanges: Your replacement item will be shipped within 1-2 business days
Refund Details
Your refund will include the product price minus any original shipping fees. Refund timing depends on your payment provider:

Exchange Options

International Returns
For customers outside the UK (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your golf equipment arrives damaged or defective:
